What we sell
We make WordPress plugins that connect a store to a payment gateway account the store owner already has.
Free editions are published on WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later.
Pro editions are sold as yearly licenses for 1, 5 or 25 sites.
Buying, renewals and cancellation
Checkout, licensing, renewals, invoices and your customer account are handled by Freemius. Pro licenses renew automatically each year, and you can cancel at any time from your account. Payment details are entered with Freemius, never on our site. See Freemius’s terms.
Refunds
Yes, within 30 days of purchase, if a technical problem with the plugin makes it unusable on your site and we can’t fix it. Email us first so we can try. If we can’t solve it, we’ll refund you in full.
Refunds don’t cover a feature the plugin doesn’t have, conflicts with other plugins or themes, finding a different plugin you like better, or changing your mind. If you’re not sure the plugin fits your setup, try the free version first or email us before you buy.

Warranty and liability
The plugins are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the plugins will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that they will work with every theme, plugin, host or gateway configuration. The free editions are also covered by the “no warranty” terms of the GNU General Public License.
Your merchant account, payment gateway and processor are provided by those companies under your own agreements with them. We aren’t responsible for their services, for approving, declining or settling transactions, or for fees, chargebacks, fraud or account holds. You are responsible for your store’s compliance with your gateway’s rules and with card network and PCI requirements, and for testing your store before you take live payments.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Gateway Wizard, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, sales or data, arising from the plugins or this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the plugins or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the license concerned in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these terms, the plugins or this website will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If a change materially affects active Pro license holders, we’ll also email them at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the website or the plugins after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
